Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment you must give at least 48 hrs notice in order to receive a refund of payments if you have paid for your appointment online. Deposits are non-refundable. I understand that life happens sometimes though, if there is an unforeseen emergency please contact me directly to discuss rescheduling.

No-Show Policy:

If you have scheduled an appointment and no-show/no-call you will not receive any refund of payment if you have paid online. If this is a first time offense, you will be required to pay for your appointment in full in order to book again. If this is a repeat offense, you will no longer be allowed to book an appointment. Please do not take my time away from valuable customers who are willing and able to come in for their appointments.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule. I book my appointments back to back and expect my clients to arrive in a timely manner. If you can not reschedule, we may only have time to do a modified appointment.

Deposits:

ALL Deposits are non-refundable.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not satisfied with your service please let me know immediately and I will do my best to ensure your happy with the result within reason. Some things are out of my control though and do take time, trust the process! For example; if you have box dye black hair and want to be platinum blonde in one session, it’s just not going to happen. Please understand that healthy, beautiful hair is a journey and keeping your hair healthy is also a huge priority as well.

Health History:

For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any disabilities, or are pregnant prior to your service. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during your service please notify me immediately.

Health & Safety:

Clients are asked to adhere to state regulations due to covid-19. If you feel sick DO NOT COME IN, contact me immediately and I will reschedule you for another time. Your hair & makeup is not worth potentially getting me and the rest of my clients sick. I ask that clients please come alone during their appointments as well to limit the amount of people in the salon. Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon, please find a caretaker for your child before your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service:

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may effect the service.

Weddings/Trials:

I do not reserve wedding dates until the bride has come in and paid for a trial, signed my working contract, and paid a 50% non-refundable deposit for the day of the wedding. If you book a trial, your wedding date is not guaranteed until you have signed the contract and put down a deposit. Once you have done that, your date will be reserved and you have hired me for your special day! I require full payment of services 30 days prior to the wedding, this can be paid by card/cash/check. The reason for this system is because wedding are hectic and people are very busy the day of. Sometimes people are all paying separately or together, I do not want to be chasing down anyone on the day of the wedding to try and get payment for services. This makes things easier for you and for me. My contract goes more in depth into this policy as well.
